I think the video speaks for itself. If you want to read more about it check the CNN, the BBC or the NOS. Most Dutch people have seen the images live either in Apeldoorn or on their TV.
There’s not much information on it at the moment, other than four people have died, five people are in critical condition and another dozen are injured. What I really appreciated, was that our Queen declared her condolences on national TV.
